Medical Receptionist Diploma with City & Guilds/AMSPAR Level 2 Qualification
This Medical Receptionist Diploma programme is designed to make you the best front of house receptionist or administrator in a medical environment, such as a doctors' surgery, healthcare centre or hospital.
The programme is comprised of seven core units, supplemented by an elective course. Participants will learn professional administration skills such as touch typing, communications, document production, computer skills, medical terminology and audio transcription.
On completion of the diploma participants can also go on to undertake the City & Guilds/AMSPAR Level 2 Award in Medical Terminology (Level 5 in Scotland).

This course is suitable for those who aspire to be a Medical Receptionist, Medical Administrator or Medical Secretary - or existing professionals looking for a formal qualification.

On completion of the course participants will be awarded a Medical Receptionist Diploma. Participants also have the opportunity to gain a City & Guilds/AMSPAR Level 2 Medical Terminology Qualification (Level 5 in Scotland).
Participants will also be awarded 140 CPD points.
