This Certificate in Business Administration and Knowledge is aimed at providing learners with knowledge of the skills required when working in an office environment.
The objectives of this qualification are to help learners develop essential knowledge of how to carry out administrative tasks such as managing information and supporting events and to know how to apply their knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.
This qualification is based on Business and Administration national occupational standards and is recognised as the technical certificate component of the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
