Appreciative Inquiry In-House Workshop - Enable your team to drive performance with this strategic planning tool
Appreciative Inquiry - one of the MOST powerful strategic planning and organisational development tools in use today.
Although most commonly known as a facilitation technique, Appreciative Inquiry works to reveal the positive potential within groups and teams by introducing questions that provoke strategic and innovative thinking. This in-house workshop takes the principles of Appreciative Inquiry and teaches teams to employ these techniques in a strategic planning setting.
The workshop is taught using Experiential Learning practices and enable participants to develop and practice Appreciative Inquiry techniques in real time. Participants will become able to use Appreciative Inquiry to build on the positive core of their organisation and put in place measures to help their team anticipate, identify and maximise its potential. As a result, teams will be infused with motivation, commitment, improved morale and a solution-oriented approach to innovative thinking.
