You don't need any prior experience or qualifications to enrol on this Foundation course. However, you must be proficient in English and have access to email and the Internet.
This qualification is perfect if you're new to HR or if you're currently working in a HR support role (such as HR Admin or HR Officer).
CIPD Foundation qualifications are ideal if you:

- Are working in an HR support role but don't have a formal HR qualification

Structure of the Course
To achieve the CIPD Diploma in HR Practice, you need a total of 37 credits, which you'll gain by completing all of the following units.
- Understanding Organisations and the Role of Human Resources - 4 credits
- Recording, Analysing and Using HR Information - 2 credits
- Resourcing Talent - 6 credits
- Developing Yourself as an Effective HR/L&D Practitioner - 4 credits
- Delivering Learning and Development Activities - 6 credits
- Supporting Good Practice in Performance and Reward Management - 6 credits
- Supporting Good Practice in Managing Employment Relations - 6 credits
- Supporting Change within Organisations - 3 credits
You can either pay for your course in full or opt for an interest-free payment plan. You'll pay a small deposit and the rest by monthly direct debit. Our plans are flexible, so you can extend the terms or pay your balance off sooner if you choose.
